2. Services
iluexpert is a professional beauty center offering aesthetic and cosmetic treatments including, but not limited to, facial treatments, chemical peels, skin care procedures, hydration therapies, and body treatments.
All treatments are carried out by qualified professionals. Service availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without prior notice. Current information is available on our website or by contacting us directly.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments may be booked via our website, by phone, or through WhatsApp. By submitting a booking request, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
We ask that you notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances (e.g., practitioner illness, equipment failure). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment.
4. Health and Safety
Your safety is our priority. Before receiving any treatment, you may be asked to complete a health questionnaire and provide relevant medical history.
You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or contraindications that may affect the suitability of a treatment. Failure to do so may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment.
iluexpert reserves the right to decline or postpone a treatment if, in the professional judgement of our staff, it is not safe or appropriate for you at the time of the appointment.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is made in-clinic at the time of your appointment.
We accept the payment methods displayed at our clinic. Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to your appointment.
6. Results and Liability
Results from aesthetic treatments vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. We will discuss realistic expectations with you during your consultation.
iluexpert is not liable for any dissatisfaction arising from treatment outcomes that were communicated as possible variations prior to the procedure.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant treatment.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
