A numbing cream is applied before the procedure to ensure comfort. Most clients experience only a mild vibrating or prickling sensation during the session. There is typically some redness for 24–48 hours afterwards.

For acne scarring, a course of 3–6 sessions at 4–6 week intervals is typically recommended. Shallow post-acne marks respond more quickly; deeper atrophic scars require more sessions. Our specialist will assess your skin at the consultation.

Expect redness and mild sensitivity for 24–48 hours. Most clients return to work within 1–2 days. Avoid direct sun exposure, swimming and active exercise for 48 hours. SPF50+ is required daily for 1 week. Make-up should be avoided for the first 24 hours.
